All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Damaged Items

Every item undergoes a strict quality control check prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged:

1. Notify us immediately: Email ratna.mtl24@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date.

2. Provide Proof: Please attach photos and a video clearly showing the defect and a description. 

3. Resolution: You may be asked to return the item. Upon verification of the damage, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
